The Apostle Paul wrote First Timothy and addressed it to his young protégé, Timothy. The book covers topics such as qualifications for church leaders, the role of women in the church, and the importance of sound doctrine. Throughout the book, Paul emphasizes the need to remain faithful to the teachings of Jesus Christ and to lead the church with wisdom and humility.

To Timothy, My Own Son in the Faith

Second Thessalonians
Second Thessalonians is a letter from Paul the Apostle to the church in Thessalonica, located in modern-day Greece. Paul expresses gratitude for their faith and perseverance amid trials and tribulations. He reassures that God will judge those troubling them and reward them for their faithfulness. Like First Thessalonians, a theme running throughout is the second coming of Jesus Christ and remaining steadfast and prepared for that day.

That Ye May Be Counted Worthy of the Kingdom of God

This is the Will of God for Your Life

We Will Give Thee Thanks Forever

The Psalmist asked eleven things of God for the people and promised that in return for Him answering their prayer, they would do one. And the one thing was something they should be continually doing anyway in all things. Isn’t that so much like us today?

First Thessalonians
The Apostle Paul wrote the letter known as First Thessalonians to the church in Thessalonica, Greece. It is believed to be one of the earliest Christian writings and is known for its teachings on the second coming of Jesus Christ. Paul also uses this letter to remind these disciples of the fundamental truths already taught them, encourage them to continue living in holiness and comfort them concerning those who had died in the faith. It is still relevant as well as being a valuable source of insight into the early Christian church.

For Ye Are Dead, and Your Life is Hid with Christ in God
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
